What You Can Invest
You can invest ether and permitted ERC20 tokens such as DAI and USDC only.
There are no minimum and maximum amounts that you can invest. Investments are open ended which means you can invest and exit at any time.
Note that no fiat currencies are accepted as investments and managed by smart contracts on Ethereum.
How You Can Invest
Start investing by connecting your Ethereum wallet.
Specify the digital asset you want to invest in, the amount you want to invest and you will receive a prompt to confirm the transaction to the Verified Liquidity contract.
The Verified Liquidity contract will send Verified Liquidity tokens (symbol: VITTA) to your wallet.
How are Investments used
95% of the investments made are used to underwrite issues of tokenized securities on the Verified Network. Any of these tokens in treasury can also be staked for earning yields.
The balance of 5% is used by Verified group companies to build products. The underwriting is managed by market makers on the Verified Network.

What do you Earn
You earn a revenue share of fees generated on the Verified Network. 50% of the revenue generated from underwriting tokenized investments and staking is shared with investors proportionate to their investments.
In addition, 15% of fees generated from payments, issuing and trading of investments are paid out as revenue share.
How Earnings are paid out
Your earnings are paid out once every month.
Smart contracts on the Verified Network calculate your share of earnings from total revenue shared to investors and pays it out to the same digital wallet from where you have made the investment.
What do you Earn
You earn a revenue share of fees generated on the Verified Network. 50% of the revenue generated from underwriting tokenized investments and staking is shared with investors proportionate to their investments.

How can you exit
To liquidate your investments in the Verified Network, all you need to do is sell your Verified Liquidity tokens (symbol: VITTA) to another investor at the price prevailing at the time of sale. This can be done on the Verified Network itself.
The Verified Liquidity tokens may also be listed for trading on centralized and decentralized digital exchanges.
